Special Mountain

I long to see Jesus,

Just a glimpse of Him cannot satisfy.

I just want to love Him,

Till all the fears in me completely subside.

For there's just something special about that mountain,

Though many valleys to cross,

He's more than worth the pain,

There's just something special about that mountain,

I'm just ready to fight

One more time again.

I long for deeper fellowship

With the One who has chosen me to bear His name.

I just want to be faithful,

Just to love and serve Him again and again.

I long for the fullness of Eternal Life

To share a glory that will never fade away;

And I long for my precious new body

Where no sickness or pain would ever be again.

I long for full dominion,

It's my inheritance, a son of God I am;

I long to go back to Eden,

It's my future home where I'll always be.

For there's just something special about that mountain,

Though many valleys to cross
