Rejoice (He Is Risen)

There is a time for mourning

There is a time to grieve

There is a time to just let go, a time to leave

But this is a time for laughter

This is a time for cheer

You see the tomb is empty

Jesus is not here

Rejoice, He risen, Rejoice He is living

Rejoice, He has given, His life so rejoice

Rejoice, His blood has cleansed is

Rejoice, He has redeemed us and

Called as his own

So Rejoice

He took my sin upon Him, He even took my pain

Upon the cross, He died His loss has been my gain

So let all rejoice in Jesus, Who are made new in Him

Let us rejoice in Him, Who freed us from our Sin

He holds the keys to unlock Death and Hell

He holds the keys to His kingdom as well
