Rapture Bound

This old world it can't hold me

I was born to be free

My heart is set on heaven

And my eyes look up to Thee

And I would climb the highest mountain just to reach the other side

I would cross the burning desert or swim the ocean wide

There is nothing on this earth that could ever hold me down

For I've got my eyes on Jesus

And I know I'm rapture bound

Our treasure is over yonder

In a land beyond that sea

I want just to be here

With my Lord to reign eternally

Oh rapture bound come early morning

On a bright and cloudless day

When the King shall come from glory

And catch His waiting Bride away
