Heavenly Place In Christ

When the cares of this life

get you down,

And it seems that there is no peace

of mind to be found,

When I want to just run and hide;

I can always get away in Christ.

There's a heavenly place in Christ,

Above the world's confusion and strife,

When I kneel in prayer I get

carried away

To a heavenly place in Christ.

When the world around you

is crowding near,

And you find it hard to turn your back

on sin,

God has made a way for you to escape,

Just run into that heavenly place.

Nations are breaking and this whole

world is shaking,

And there's no sure place to stand,

But the Bride is waiting

for a glorious taking

When we're caught up by

His almighty hand.
