Land of Our Inheritance

Lord, an exodus has happened

When we left this world behind

We have followed the Message,

We were justified by faith

And as we journey through the desert,

As we're tried and sanctified

The Pillar of Fire, Lord,

We'll follow into the Promised Land

Now, we're facing the walled cities

And the giants in the Land

Many have lost heart

And the promise they forgot

But thank God for the Joshua,

The Holy Spirit in our souls

Who has declared,

"We're more than able

to possess the Land."

For we are a chosen

and peculiar people

God has foreordained

to possess the Land

Not because we are mighty

But because He's shown us mercy

That one day, on the Cross

Christ redeemed what Adam had lost

Our inheritance

On the other side of Jordan

Though the enemies assail

We shall not be moved

For the promise will not fail

This is our inheritance,

All of Christ is ours

A perfect walk with You, my Lord,

Here in the Promised Land

The whole creation

Has been groaning

for the sons of God

To manifest in this hour
