Point of No Return

When I think of all the Lord

has done for me,

Fully prevailed so I could walk

in victory;

Since I've touched the cross

and felt the pain He bore,

Forsaking all my life before,

I've set out for Heaven's shore;

To go with Him all the way,

Never to return again to yesterday.

I can't turn back on Him,

I've turned away from sin;

I'll walk with Him everyday,

There's just no other way,

While bridges behind me burn,

Pressing ahead will be my yearn.

I've reached the point

of no return.

Having put my hand to the plow,

I won't look back,

Nothing behind could ever match

what I now have;

The Savior now that I have come

to know,

Has everything I need to grow,

to whom shall we go?

Don't ever wanna part,

'Cause it's true that Jesus,

He has won my heart.

For rich or for poor,

In sickness and in health,

For better, for worse, Lord,

I give You all myself.

To have and to hold,

To cherish in my heart,

A vow, even death can never part.
