That's Not All There Is

I have seen so mighty miracles

Before my eyes

I have felt His Spirit move all over me

And I can count the many blessings

All the need supply

I've seen so many souls

That He sets free

Now, don't get me wrong

I've seen His mercy of His grace

I've heard so many testify

But right now it seems

I know a lot of History

And to me I must be sure

That He's alive

That's not all there is to knowing Jesus

There's a life that comes

To knowing Him as Lord

When it comes to knowing Christ

It's all or nothing

Until I have all

I know that I need more

More than just a tearful emotion

And more than just a men's philosophy

More than just another pretty Bible

The author is the One I long to see
