Perfect Plan

When your hope is almost gone

and the wind is blowing strong

And Heaven seems so silent when you pray

When your faith has turned to fear

and you can’t hold back the tears

And friends no longer know quite what to say

When you’ve looked and cannot find Him

and the road is long and dark

And you question why He seems so far away

When you wonder is He with me

does He hear my broken heart

Remember child He knows just where you are

Think of Job and how he suffered

and the glory of His praise

When you just can’t seem to face another day

In the trial God is faithful

He will give sufficient grace

Count your blessings bow the knee

and walk by faith

The Lord knows every step you take

and every tear drop in your eye

And though we often may not understand

our Father has a perfect plan
