I've got the Holy Ghost

I've got the Holy Ghost down in my soul,

just like the Bible says.

Well I've been to the water and I've been baptized.

My soul got happy and I'm satisfied,

That I wouldn't take nothing for my journey now.

Just like the Bible

Just like the holy Bible says.

On the day of Pentecost they have one thing on their mind.

For the promise of the father would bring power from own high

Prophet had foretellen said the spirit would be pour out.

When it finally happened they begin to sing and shout:

Some folks they don't believe in they say the promise come and go,

But they've come to little town and the person their wrong

Let me share my testimony, when I repented all my sins,

I been baptized in Jesus name, and the Holy Ghost came in.
