Just Imagine Heaven

Just imagine heaven, what God's kingdom will be like

Where we will live forever - no more pain, or tears or strife.

Some folks may think of heaven - just a distant dream beyond some stars.

It's just as real as Jesus promised, just as near to us as our own hearts.

Some call it cannan land, some say it's beulah land.

It's called peace beyond that old river, a place not made by hands.

It's that great celestial city with mansions round God's throne,

but for all who know my Lord, they call it Home.

Can you imagine living in God's beautiful new Jerusalem?

You see, one of these days it's gonna all be over

when these weary hearts are gonna find rest in Him.

we'll awake from all our dreams, and we'll meet our Savior

face to face.

You know, He will receive us as His children, smile and say

"Welcome Home, to stay."
